The service

UpNext Brief helps you track upcoming books, TV shows, movies, games, and local events. Features may change as we improve the product. Release dates and availability come from third-party sources and may be incomplete or incorrect.

Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use UpNext Brief.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these Terms, or create security risk.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse UpNext Brief — including attempting to break security, scrape the service in a way that harms performance, harass other users via family features, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Affiliate disclosure

UpNext Brief may include affiliate links to retailers (including Amazon). As an Amazon Associate, UpNext Brief earns from qualifying purchases. Links to other retailers may also earn a commission. Prices and availability are set by the retailer, not by us.

Third-party content and links

Book covers, show metadata, game data, news headlines, and event listings come from third parties (such as Google Books, TMDB, RAWG, Ticketmaster, and news publishers). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or policies.

Intellectual property

UpNext Brief’s branding, design, and original software are owned by Wisdom Digital. Third-party trademarks and cover art belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and tracking purposes.

Disclaimers

UpNext Brief is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete catalogs, or that notifications will arrive for every release.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wisdom Digital and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of UpNext Brief.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is incorporated into these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using UpNext Brief and request account deletion.
